All Returns & exchanges are for STORE CREDIT and issued via email as a thefoodforthoughtshow E-Gift Card

Returns/exchanges must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date

To return or exchange your items they must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Completely free of makeup stains, body odor, hair, pet hair, dirt, etc.
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged
  • Items need to be in the condition of its arrival

Note: 

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Signs of wear or damage the item will be returned back to you and no refund/exchange will be issued
  • Items purchased with store credit from previous returns are considered final sales
  • The cost of return shipping, €6.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (thefoodforthoughtshow E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by thefoodforthoughtshow.  
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

All sales on sale items are final.

All sales on beauty products, masks, water bottles and intimates including lingerie, undergarments, bodysuits and swimsuits are final.

Items sold at special discounts or auto discounts at checkout are considered final sales

To ship back your order:

Please contact me for return shipping address & info

  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended
  • If possible you may utilize the mailer bag 
  • Please Include your full name, order number and email address (one used to place order) in the returned package or you may include a print out of your *order confirmation* email

 What happens next? 

  • Once I receive the items you would like to exchange/return, I will send you a gift card with store credit/refund. You can then place a new order and pick out your new items
  • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. You will get a full refund minus the return shipping of 5 for 1 item or 10 for multiple items

    Once an exchange/return request is approved please ship item(s) back within 14 days

    • Please do not ship items without first contacting me -items will be sent back to the sender

    A couple things to keep in mind

    • Please try on your clothing gently and with care. I carry a very limited amount of clothing and restock items that have been returned or exchanged. This means that the Items need to be in their original condition in order to be returned/exchanged
    • If you are sending an item back, please gently fold the clothing and carefully place the items back into the shipping package
